Topping D30 DAC

Can someone tell me where I can buy Topping D30 DACin Taiwan? I know its on sale in Amazon and Massdrop but since its made in China, maybe I can get it cheaper here.

Amazon sells the same price in China and America.

And Ebay sells cheaper than Amazon.

So no bother to buy it in Taiwan.
