剛剛做了一個簡單的測試
用EAC 選 Secure Mode 抓了一首歌到硬碟 (Best of Olivia - Track 06. Fly Me To The Moon)
使用 FOOBAR2000 把該曲從wav 轉成 flac (FLAC encoder 可以從 這邊 取得)
再將該flac檔案轉回 wav
兩個檔案使用FOOBAR2000的 Bit Compare 插件 做比較，得出的結果是

All tracks decoded fine, no differences found.
Comparing:
"E:\06. Track06.wav"
"E:\Fly Me to the Moon.flac.wav"
No differences in decoded data found.
===================================
基本上從無損格式轉換這邊如果找不出不同的原因，就只能往其他的方向研究了
