I like create this post, because of I really want to appreciate EIZO(HK) Synnex support. I was bought my HD2441 last month, the LCD was prefect, except I have a very sensitive ear. That’s why I called EIZO (synnex) for support after I used the HD2441 3 days. He helped me out to escalate the problem to Japan, meanwhile, he collected back my HD2441 to their testing room and borrow me the other 2441 for my daily use. They also found the problem which I mention. He (Synnex support) keep updated me everyday about the status from Japan. After few days, confirmed from Japan support which the problem I facing with was within their technical spec. HK synnex offer me a different terms to help me out to satisfy my wants. Finally, I suggested to replace a new HD2442. And the support sent my request to Japan, after one day, I got the feedback, I had to add some $$$ to upgrade from HD2441 to HD2442 (reasonable price). And the shipment from Japan to HK for 10 days. And last Friday, I got the Hd2442, I found that the screen was same as 2441, actually, I can said all the setting seems like the same. Except the HD2442 come with remote control. The problem I was facing in Hd2441 which also happen in 2442, but it become less than 2441 which I accept in this condition.
Before, I really want to refund my HD2441, because the problem which I facing with really bother me which I get a sensitive ear. But after I talked with the Synnex support, I can feel that they really want to help me out of my problem, and they really care about customers. That’s why I would like to take a risk to upgrade from HD2441 to 2442.
I think from my point of view, I prefer service is much more important, like the other brand such as “samxxxx “…. I had a very bad experience before. And my suggestion is HD2441 or 2442 are very good LCD for muilt media, and their customer service is the main point which I will continute to buy EIZO product in future. I hope my report can help others to chose which LCD they really wants and the after sales service… Thanks……..

上個月才買EIZO HD2441,這個月就升級HD2442囉~?而且才用了三天而已就給他換下企了~~~~~~
樓主真是財力雄厚啊,偶好羨慕您
如果樓主對於聲音有極度的挑剔,可以考慮買頂級音效卡+頂級環繞電腦音響
反正樓主應該出得起這筆錢

EIZO香港代理商願意在電腦螢幕換購期間提供同級LCD螢幕給您使用,這一點值得國內廠商學習(台灣有可能嗎?)
不曉得樓主對於之前的HD2441有什麼缺點,可以提出來嗎?是螢幕本身在使用時有雜音,
還是螢幕本身附的喇叭有雜音呢?

看來HD2442"並沒有"超越HD2441很多嘛,這是代表我們可以"直接無視"HD2442囉
(不曉得HD2442的日本限定款是不是比較好呢)
只能說開版大真幸運!同樣的問題在這的代理商是完全不同的的處理方法....

我送檢兩次的期間也沒替代的lcd可用,最讓我覺得難受的是這的檢測人員說我的lcd沒有描述的聲音

我想這也不是個案了!!記得上次也有版友上來描述過這個問題...賣這樣的價格卻只有這樣的服務..相較之下

HK的代理商有誠意多了..如果我要再買一台LCD我應該不會在挑這牌的LCD了(都買了第二台了...)

不過恭喜板大的問題有解決!!(雖然還是有一點問題.)

yes, I think the agent in HK really good. I posted my experience in other forum in HK, someone has SX2461 without "zzzzzz" sound... I think he was very lucky...... Anyway, if HK EIZO still have the same service, I think I will keep using EIZO in future... :)
