移民官在審你的公民申請時會看你的台灣護照,算你留在美國的時間~
不能離開美國超過一年是對的!

我2/3年前才剛考過公民
宣誓竟然要我開車開1個小時才能到的地點..
還不是波士頓...
像我這種讀完書留下來的
只要不是5年/5年都沒問題
我一年年假也才4週
不留美國還能去那裡?
只是新移民沒工作
就沒醫療保險
沒有錢還真麻煩....

最快的是與公民結婚
而且不用等五年拿公民
好像3年就可以考公民

目前沒有，有幾家保險公司有開辦醫療過失保險
但理賠金額最高不到500萬，多數是只理賠100-200萬

移民公司說的可能是說外國人身分跟擁有綠卡或公民身分的人，在申請名校（大學部）錄取率是有差別的～～
這樣對吧？外國人要申請名校難如登天？？
還有沒綠卡或公民身分，聽說不准讀美國醫學系是這樣嗎？
其實給孩子到國外取得身分，若孩子在國外表現很好就直接讀名校名系
表現普普，至少待滿國外8年，還可回台讀包括醫學系等各種著名科系
像南部的義守大學即將開辦招僑外人士的後醫系（全英文授課），台灣其他醫學院也都充斥華僑
這是政府定的遊戲規則，有需要且符合資格的人都可運用
生活愜意就好
