最近發現Google apps怪怪的，才發現Domain到期了
已在今年5月到期了，登入控制台無法順利續加
似乎要回Godaddy去申請，可是我當初是直接在Google apps申請Domain
在godaddy那邊也沒什麼帳號密碼，又是英文版實在很傷腦筋
搜尋whois的話，Domain是無法註冊，但又是過期狀態，似乎是被他們回收後又沒重新開放註冊
不知該怎麼辦，請大家幫忙一下，我想繼續使用它，找不到如何取回的選項

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting online support.
Currently the domain name etwinoaks.com is in a redemption status. The redemption fee is $80 for the domain name plus the standard renewal cost which is $12.17.
If you would like to redeem your domain that was registered through the Google Apps System, we will need you to follow the instructions below:
Step 1) Create an account directly at GoDaddy.com:

If you already have a Go Daddy account, you would be welcome to utilize this account.
NOTE: When creating the account, it is very important that the customer information you enter matches the domain registrant information that was used when the domain was originally registered:
Name
Company Name (when Applicable)
E-mail Address
Phone Number
Address
Fax Number
Since the domain had private registration, you will need to use the steps below to gain access to the Domains By Proxy account if you do not know the contact information that was setup with the domain name originally. You will then be able to see the exact information that they are checking when they process the request.
Please note that Domains By Proxy is a separate company and they have their own support system. We will not be able to confirm or review the information on the account there. You will need to work with them using the steps below to gain access to this account. Once the Go Daddy account is updated, reply to let us know so we can resubmit the request.
You will need to send an email to accountservices@domainsbyproxy.com specifically stating that you need to obtain the customer number for your Domains By Proxy account in order to process the Google Domain redemption for (specify domain).
NOTE: You should send the email FROM the original email address that was on the Google Apps account/domain at the time of the original purchase. If you no longer have access to that address, email them from an alternate address and they will request additional information to verify ownership.
They will reply with a customer number for the account.
Once you have access to the account, use the steps below to view the domain information.
Log into your account at https://www.domainsbyproxy.com/login.aspx
If you can not log in using the customer number and the password listed under Advanced DNS Settings in your Apps account, click "Forgot my Password" and reset it.
Click the link for 'Domains'.
Click the link for the domain name you wish to update.
The domain registrant information is displayed below. Use this information as the customer information for the new Go Daddy account. This information MUST MATCH EXACTLY.
Step 2) Please add a payment method to the Go Daddy account using the steps below:
Once logged in, follow these steps:
Select 'My Payment Information' from the 'My Account' menu.
Select the radio button next to 'No Payment Method' to add a new payment method.
Click the 'Update Payment Option' button.
Enter your new credit card information.
After making any changes, click the 'Save Changes' button.
Step 3) If you do not have the Google support PIN, you will need to use these instructions:
Go to: http://www.google.com/a/etwinoaks.com
Now you will need to login to your Google account utilizing the admin username and password you previously created specifically for Google Apps. If you do not know this information, click 'Can't access your account?' and use the retrieval system.
Once logged in, you will then need to copy and paste the URL below into your address bar. The four-digit PIN will be displayed there.
