最近我的Chrome 會出現有英文字的地方,點過去會有廣告(如下圖),這樣是我中毒了嗎?

網路上找到的一些方法都沒辦法解決
我的作業系統是windows 7 64bit,剛剛利用"附屬應用程式"中的"執行"輸入regedit.exe
進入登錄檔去搜尋 intext.nav-links.com 字串
有找到一筆紀錄如下...
