看完樓主的更新, 只能覺得樓主不僅沒有道歉的誠意, 也沒有危機處理的意識
發生在樓主身上的事, 無論發生在誰身上, 都會不好受
事後, 或許有點情緒的發言, 讓自己發洩一下那就算了, 大家都能體會,
以上一次另一位網友抱怨自己的朋友遲到, 國泰不等就飛走的例子
事後該位樓主道歉, 該事就風淡雲輕
今日樓主雖然道歉, 用的是英文 (或許樓主仍在機場或者是越南, 不方便但急著回帖, 這就另當別論)
我想, 之後應該還會有另一輪的炮火, 這一件事才會落幕

It might not be a wise choice to reply by English. Though you place the bet on the side in which people would be scared away by English and has lower interest to reply further.

Well, I have to say that you are wrong......

It's not a mature attitude, since you arleady got mad by the staff of Cathay Pacific.

You dont like people to communicate in English especially you know they are able to communicate in Chinese. Now you are making the same mistake...

我滿好奇阿童木大大是用哪家的翻譯軟體?Google還是眼博士?
至少重點都有翻譯到,一些不通順的地方參考前後文也都能理解,
小弟就不在這班門弄斧的修改翻譯了。


倒是樓主,
姑且不論你不用中文回覆是否是因技術上的問題(無中文輸入法?)或是有自打嘴巴之嫌,
從你回文的內容,
真的覺得你在這件事情上還有很多再思考的空間,

每個人都會有情緒,也都會有自己處理的方式,
但樓主既然選擇了po上網讓大家討論,
就要有面對不同角度言論的心理準備和接受不同角度的言論的雅量,
但從你的回覆卻看不到這些想法,只看到你單方面的想中斷砲火而已。

我同意Kool2327大大所述,
後續或許還有另一輪的砲火,樓主要有心理準備了。


也希望樓主真能如您自己所說的,
從這件事上能夠多多的學習、多多的思考,
這也未嘗不是一種成長的契機。
不會呀 我10/1才從香港搭國泰航空回台灣說, 也是在香港機場辦check in, 地勤人員態度不錯呀

Actually, it´s not about you got EQ or not.
You just don´t want to admit that all things were around your personal issues, then you got pissed...
We may angry, may turn to furious by the same case. But it´s all our problems.
Face the music and don´t put your anger on the poor staff.

mutual understanding is always the key point when making smooth communication with other people,
看起來樓主應該是在公司裡擔任業務方面的工作, 如果是這樣, 真的就更該打屁股...
當業務的都知道, 在與公司客人溝通事情的時候, 一定希望客人能夠理解公司的流程並依照規矩走? 並且會選擇性的去接受或是拒絕一些客人比較急的要求
,那時候在樓主國泰櫃台, 不就是角色互換了一下而已嗎? 樓主自己變成客人後卻一直在說國泰的不滿... 那人家也真的是照著公司的SOP在走阿...
其實我發覺...常常會吵的, 幾乎都不是常搭飛機的... 如果是真的很常搭飛機的, 都會去注意並了解航空公司的作業流程並規矩, 也盡量避免有這篇跟上篇登機門事件的問題....
