請用用您的common sense思考一下,台灣全民健保,並非一般的醫療保險或意外險,它是台灣政府給台灣人的社會福利,因為它是世界級最好及最便宜的醫療保險,我很感激台灣有那麼好的醫療福利,即使用不到我也拼命要繳,因為它是福利.所以請不要誤會全民健保是一般的保險,它是台灣政府給台灣人的社會福利.

試問您是台灣人還是南非人?是否兩邊該享的福利都會盡量去享受?兩邊該盡的義務都會盡量去躲避?您有當過兵感謝您對台灣的貢獻,但您都入籍南非了,還想繼續享用台灣的福利. I'd hope you're currently not applying any South Africa's Social Security or benefit, if you do, I have no freaking idea how the heck you can even find or locate your dignity about it, applying benefit from both sides. Of course this statement only stand if you're applying benefit in South Africa while benefiting Taiwan's National Health insurance. And from what I understand the meaning of "exploit", which meant "to use something for advantage". And if you are applying benefit from both side, meaning taking advantage of Taiwan's National Health Insurance and South Africa's social benefit, and it is all because you have duo citizenship. Pick a side, go pick a side, and stick to it, either South Africa or Taiwan. Do not exploiting both sides. Legally nothing binding you, but ethically you are embarrassing your self here. 所以得了便宜,請不要賣乖.
