82 法則相信很多人都聽過, 但它到底怎麼來的呢?
有這麼一個說法:
見附圖, 它是一個寬為 150 pixel 的正方形。
在它中央是一個直徑為 150 pixel 的圓形。
好了, 來做一個簡單的數學題。
試問圓形的面積除以正方形的面積為何?

看到了嗎? 是 0.78539815。
把它四捨五入看, 便是 79%。
再四捨五入一次, 便是 80%。
這個意思是什麼?
假設正方形代表全世界的所有的人，那麼圓形包起來的便是 79% 的人。
又假設正方形代表全世界所有的財富, 那麼圓形包起來的便是 79% 的財富。
很可惜這是個不公平的地球。所以, 79% 的財富是由 21% 的人持有。
再簡化點來說，那便是 80% 的財富由 20% 的人把持。
為什麼? 沒有為什麼, 因為這是宇宙運行的法則。
