upgrade 有升級的意思, 您想用的應該是update

很簡單的說法是

Updates to the previous report are in blue.

這個問題我有不同的看法,應該沒那麼複雜.

Done 在這裡是過去分詞當成形容詞用而已. Get在這裡有把某樣東西的狀態改變的意思,Done則是描述狀態改變後的形容詞. 另一個例子是: Get the car fixed. Fixed 在這裡也是形容詞, 形容車子修好了的狀態.

我最後是這樣寫
blue words update previous report.
