針對日前於墾丁發生的事件有以下的幾點聲明:
Please refer to the following statement with regards to the incident at Kenting recently:
1.郭恆良(咕咕)為Quiksilver Taiwan因為其衝浪展現的才華以及對衝浪的熱愛而贊助的選手並提供正面的規範，但對於他個人的行為無法依依約束
Quiksilver Taiwan sponsored GuGu for his surfing talent and passion for the sport. Although the company attempts to offer positive guidance to all staff and athletes, It is impossible to 100% influence an individual’s behavior
2. 本公司很遺憾日前於墾丁發生的暴力行為，我們也替那位受傷的法國衝浪友人感到抱歉
We feel deep regret that a company affiliate ha been involved in this type of violent action, and we are deeply concerned for the injured French surfer.
3.本公司不允許任何形式的暴力行為，我們也譴責所有的暴力行為
Quiksilver does not condone violence in any form
4.本公司所提倡的是和平、有活力、健康的衝浪精神以及生活態度
Quiksilver is promoting a healthy, peaceful, and natural surfing lifestyle
5.我們要求旗下所有的代言人及贊助選手對於個人的行為嚴格的把關
We expect that all our athletes and representatives to act in a responsible fashion at all times
6.針對郭恆良(咕咕)日前發生的事件，由於已經嚴重違反合約中的規範，本公司很遺憾但也必須即刻起終止與(咕咕)郭恆良的贊助合作
As a result of this recent incident, the company will immediately terminate our sponsorship relationship with GuGu
