The video is showing the defrost element at work, the purpose of the element is to melt the ice that forms in the cabinet to allow the water to run into the drain pan which sits above the fridge.
Frost free fridges do have noises associated with their operation , "clunking sound" the ice hitting the hot element, running water the melted ice running through the pipes to the drainpan and various other "whoosing" sounds associated with the fan and the movement of air between the fridge and the freezer.
