家叫她等30天,後來再寫信給royal mail ,royal mail 的回信是:
I can confirm that the item was despatched to Taiwan on 16th October,
but unfortunately there is no tracking information available after this date.
I have also tried to find any information that may be available on the Taiwan
postal service's website, but I am afraid there is no information regarding
the item on their website either.
Therefore, if the intended recipient has not received the item 25 working days
from the postal date of 14th October, you will need to make a claim in respect
of it, using the International claims form available at the following link:

有證明賣家是寄出了,但在國內郵局查不到,就是說根本還沒進來台灣
,現在煩的是,當初是用paypal付款,萬一過了45天,就不能取消付款
交易了,但又想等看看……

最近若有透過Royal Mail 寄東西回台灣卻遲遲沒寄到的情形,可參考以下資訊 (Royal Mail 客服回給我的):
One of our airline partners has informed us of problems on the following routes, due to changing handlers at their overseas hub. (樓上有人提到是馬航)
This has led to delays to cargo and mail passing through that hub for several weeks.
Routes affected include:
Brunei (all products including EMS)
South Korea (Priority LC/AO)
Philippines (all products including EMS)
Japan (Priority LC/AO)
China Beijing (Priority and SAL LC/AO)
Taiwan (Priority and SAL LC/AO)
Malaysia (all products including EMS)
Seychelles (all products including EMS)
Our partner is working to overcome this problem, which could continue to affect mail for the next few weeks or so and we will keep you informed of any developments.
