Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington Metropolitan Statistical Area as defined by the Office of Management and Budget. It's one of those metropolitan areas that is centred around more than one single dominant urban core (i.e. its a a metroplex), which is why you wouldn't find it by looking at a list of most populous cities.
