其實搜遍菲國報導, 根本沒這回事 ~~~
比起台灣媒體，你的選擇性閱讀捨重要的不看專挑你想看的小毛病，我覺得更不可取啊。
我剛剛回頭去挖了事發當時針對記者會的新聞報導，看來是記者英文聽力不夠強。中文的新聞這麼寫
"台灣漁民遭菲律賓公務船開槍掃射身亡，菲國政府反控漁船先挑釁才會開槍嚇阻，還說只開了一到兩槍，更表示要等調查結果出爐，才要決定是否道歉。"
而英文記者報出來的新聞則是
claiming that the Taiwanese fishing boat "provoked" the shooting. (對應到漁船挑釁所以開火)
Abigail Valte, a spokeswoman at the Presidential Office, said at a press conference that the officers made an "appropriate response" after they fired into the air as a warning and the Taiwanese fishing boat "refused to stop." (對應到開了幾槍)
Valte said the Presidential Office will decide whether to apologize over the incident after the results of an investigation are available. (對應到要等調查出爐才決定是否道歉)
說真格的，比起開幾槍，以下的不實宣稱更嚴重吧(還是你堅信不移?)。以下是事發後幾天內官方的發言，注意是官方喔不是某位小飛鄉民聽人說的然後到處轉載喔:
"Isorena said the PCG fired warning shots at the much larger fishing trawler when it tried to ram their vessel. "
"Perez said the Taiwanese vessels were already in Philippine territorial waters when they were spotted by the Coast Guard. "
“The ramming of the boat into our vessel was certainly an aggressive act so the PCG (Philippine Coast Guard) responded accordingly,” Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said.
不過總之現在雙方進入調查階段了，重疊的EEZ談判也有個眉目了，雖然摔了兩架飛機但是飛官都沒事，目前整個發展還OK啦。
