it was also at Cucci store at downtown Chicago.
me and 2 of my friend were shopping in the store. One of my friend (who just come from Taiwan) ask to see a bag. The staff took it off the shelf and showed it to her. Since they were looking at girl's stuff, I was walking around the store.
after around 30 minutes, my the other friend (also a female) come to me and said the other girl was arguing with the staff. I was like "why"?
guess what happened?
My friend was not happy because while the staff was showing her bags, the staff was not smiling.
then she asked to see the manager and of course, the manager said sorry and asked the staff to say sorry to my friend and such....
maybe it's Cucci's "Culture" :) their sales are "cool", not friendly and no smile.
btw, how much cash can you bring with you while shopping? NTD $10w? 50w? 100w, or 500w? I just can't imagine if someone is really going out shopping can take that much cash. especially if you are shopping at designer store like Cucci, LV. If you bring NT$10w, you can only buy 2 bags at LV, then what? go home?
another fact, If you are in the US and most part of Europe. When you check in at a better hotel, you MUST have a credit card. You CANNOT pay with cash. If you use check card, they will charge $300 USD (they called it security deposit) on your card and refund you the money after you check out.
有的店很客氣 有的店態度差
但是樓主如果是白領的
你沒有沒想過她的態度差 會不會是跟店的管理模式有關係呢?
會不會是他怕你把東西弄壞了 她自己要陪?
還是會有其他原因?
現在遇到態度差的店 我就不買
不會多說 因為那樣會浪費我的時間
至於信用卡的話 因為年底會給2% dividance 所以基本上都是刷卡啦
以前還有好幾次在學校要買咖啡 結果沒現金 超丟臉了
用信用卡好處很多啦 不要亂刷就好了
不過身上有現金也是會有安全感的啦
以前身上也會放個幾百加幣加幾百美金
因為平常都刷卡 所以比較不會露出來也沒有那麼招搖
但是因為基本上沒有機會用 現在又不太帶現金了
出去約會的話例外因為有現金比較不用等 破壞氣氛
說實在的如果你拿一袋現金 我想別人應該會認為你是毒販吧
尤其是年輕的亞洲人在北美
還有這裡有的人英文真的是很好 不過有機會練練中打應該也不錯啦

我覺得單純是處理當時的情緒感覺而已
我倒覺得樓主用了一個巧妙的方式教訓了店員
(如果當時的作法是..把店長叫出來.好好罵店員一頓
搞不好樓主離開後 店員跟店長會相視而笑.然後說...沒錢買還喜歡看..看屁啊..)
或許很多人會說
不理他
走掉就好了
(說法1是心胸寬大.與世無爭 說法2卻是阿Q心態..落荒而逃)
店員的氣焰搞不好更高漲
下一次真的只是單純想看看錶的客人 就更慘了
已經不知道是什麼眼看人低了
由此..我倒覺得給店員適當的教訓跟指導是一件好事
因為不是每個被羞辱的顧客都有能力指導這店員正確的服務業態度
(指導=明示或暗示 或當頭棒喝.震撼教育.....)
