錄音筆的狀態是全新 (condition:new)
賣家只有另外註明說"只有打開撿查功能是否正常"(opened to check if it works)
售價45美元
但我收到後發現包裝不完整、原本附的充電電池換成一般的鹼性電池、還有明顯的使用刮痕!
根本就不是新的,寫信給賣家反應也都不理
只好使用ebay的保護機制"open case"
在case中跟賣家溝通,我要求退20美元,但賣家不肯,還要我不要把他標成"壞賣家"(bad seller),
還嗆說他在ebay比我資深...
(Please do not label me as a bad seller, because I can just as easily blaim you as a bad buyer. Also, I have more years experience on Ebay than you do. Your bullying attempt to get $20 bucks out of me will not work!)
沒辦法只好提升case由ebay仲裁(escalated the case)
沒想到最後的結果是全額退費,東西還不用寄回去!

內容是說如果是因為收到的商品與賣家的描述不符合,買家是要把商品退回去的,ebay在收到退貨的追蹤號碼後才會把錢退到paypal的帳戶。
但我已經收到退款了,ebay沒要求我給他們退貨的追蹤號碼
當初賣家是寄到我美國的朋友家,然後再請朋友寄到台灣
現在要我由台灣寄回到美國這運費該如何算呢?
好像有點複雜耶!
下一步該怎麼做呢?

If you'd like a full refund, you'll generally be required to return an item.

1.Don't send an item back unless the seller or eBay asks you to.
2.Package the item carefully and securely with all parts. The seller must receive the item in the same condition as you received it.
3.When you send the item, you'll need to include tracking information. For items worth $250.00 or more, signature confirmation is required.
第一項有說除非是賣家或是ebay要求把商品寄回去
否則不要將商品寄回去
