請求自認英文好的各位大大，來幫幫忙小弟:關於老闆的推薦信><

由於小弟有幸可能會被推薦去國外受訓，但是老闆希望我以他的角度來寫一封推薦信，所以當他在跟我說明時我實在是過於緊張，以至於他在白板上寫的第二點我沒有聽清楚，加上他的字實在是非常潦草，我實在是無法從單字判斷她要我寫的方向，因為明天就要交出去所以無法再去問老闆，只能大約猜到是關於company dXXXX後面看不懂
所以想請求神通廣大的01可否幫幫忙運用你們的英文能力來猜測是什麼單字

我不太懂英文，不過我有個建議...
你把要受訓的工作內容大致形容一下，讓人可以從這方面去猜白板上的字，要猜也比較有方向......再來就等高手給你答案了

Just to see if you really understand your company, and your ability to express your idea efficiently.

Also because it's a reference letter, your boss (in this case, yourself) needs to write about your personality, your strength, and what make you a good candidate for the new company you're applying to.

The boss also need to describe the company in general, as well as describe your duty in the company, and then he or she will need to make the connection between your strength and your role in the company, therefore demonstrate what you had offered to the current company, and by extension, what you can offer to the new company.

The single most important thing in the reference letter is "What can this guy do for us that no one else can?"

5 lines to describe company I would like my students to write:
1) Who we are
2) What we do
3) Our core values - 3 points
4) What we want to achieve
5) Our commitment to our clients

However, administrators are all seeking different things, so what I want from my students will be different from what your teacher wants from you.
