請問15年前在美國念書時前被開了張超速罰單
因為是在畢業回國的前一天被開的
所以沒去繳
15年後之後要再去美國是否會有影響?

一般來說，不繳罰單和沒有出庭(failure to appear)法官是可以發出通緝令(bench warrant)。

misdemeanor的通緝令是有截止日期的(expiration date)但法官會renew
misdemeanor的通緝令是不會送到Federal NCIC的

My gf has re-entered the US twice since the OP and has had no problems whatsoever. She was once stopped for a suspected red light offence and the cop examined her UK licence and no records of warrant etc were identified before she was allowed to continue on her way.
