是GIFT CARD 的錯 ? 還是我錯了 ??

我買了一張 GIFT CARD

可是一直儲值不成功 !!

不知道我的方法有沒有錯

iTunes 的右邊 有個 Redeem 按下去 然後輸入 Redeem Code 按下 Redeem

可是出現

This Certificate must be enabled by the iTunes Store Customer Service.

You can contact Customer Service at http:// www.apple.com.itunes/storesupport

的訊息 ..

是我買到有問題的卡了嗎 ?????
