我是在 http://www.znaps.net/ 購買的。
有一次網站大改版，連帳號都登不進去，也查不到訂單。
但是ZNAPS有mail給我說不要擔心，訂單都有保存著。

因為等太久不想等了，因此7/27我mail給ZNAPS表示想取消訂單並退款。
很快ZNAPS也回我信表示訂單已取消，10~14個工作天會將款項退至信用卡內。

8/1，ZNAPS退款已存入信用卡內。

如果有人也有在 http://www.znaps.net/ 購買商品，不想等的話也可以要求退款喔。
前提是訂單號碼要留著。

We apologize for the delay of ZNAPS. Referring to our most recent update (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1041610927/znaps-the-9-magnetic-adapter-for-your-mobile-devic/posts/1641143), we sincerely apologize the schedule shipment of the 10.000 units in July has been suspended due to poor Pogo Pins received from our previous manufacturer which caused for the instability from our earlier units sent. Rest assured our new manufacturer had stepped in and help us resolve the issue, we are expecting the new batch from our new supplier to be ready on August 3rd. Further updates will be posted by August 5 at the latest. At that time, we will inform everyone about the new plan of action and timeline. We once again thank you for your understanding and patience.
