I'm from TAIWAN , and I Have just purchased the latest iPhone 4 from Apple in TAIWAN. Although I'm enjoying the new device, may I ask, why don't we have the free case program as you promised at the press conference? Is the iPhone here any different from the iPhone 4 in US? Because apparently the reception problem hasn't been fixed on the new module, or I should say, the Taiwanese module.
I distinctly remember you promising for free cases for those who purchase the iPhone 4 before and on September 30th.
All I'm hoping for is that Apple will provide the same service in TAIWAN, and treat us no differently than any other countries that currently sell the iPhone 4.

And also Foxconn - the biggest OEM of APPLE - is from TAIWAN(not sure what this part means?).
