Yes, it's probably a YouTube problem, because in USA, many iPhone users also encountered the same problem.
My 3Gs can't play YouTube via wifi, but is fine with 3G connection, and I also tried other video sites, they all play fine with either wifi or 3G connection, only YouTube won't play (with wifi).
So it can't be a hardware problem, must be some compatibility issue or software bug with iPhone and YouTube.
