iphone行事曆要和google calendar、Microsoft office outlook／thunderbird整合?

嗯 有點複雜
本來是用office outlook的行事曆 同時又有將outlook跟微軟的網路行事曆同步
可是覺得信太多了
而且microsoft office outlook太肥大
所以想要全面轉台

查詢了一下
似乎Thunderbird+sunbird還不錯
而且可以跟google calendar雙向同步?

現在的問題是
我除了想要行事曆同步外
也想要聯絡人同步
iphone→←google→←電腦

不曉得版友一般是怎麼處理這個"同步"的呢?
