angry birds 要如何購買mighty eagle啊

小弟是iPhone 4韌體4.2.1
angry birds是1.5.1版
每次在遊戲主選單要買mighty eagle
就會出現下面的訊息

無法連接 iTunes Store

game center有登入.
設定-取用限制-應用程式內建購買功能也有開啟
