Because I took my wife's M35X to Infiniti dealer for recall. So they also gave me 2018 Q60 3.0t(300hp) temporarily.

Of course I took this almost brand new Q60 to my OLD location to do 0-96 test. The below is the result.

This time the temperature was about 5-8 degrees lower than the previous tests I did. The gas tank was 1/4 full.

0-20 mph 1.65
0-30 mph 2.43
0-40 mph 3.24
0-50 mph 4.08
0-60 mph 5.28

I tried about 8 times(the slowest was 5.8). This time was most hard. (I tried to beat my old G record 5.05). I usually do 2 times for my own cars but I did 3 times for my GSF. (I tried to get better results)

I'm not sure my old G will do better next time but I'm VERY SURE my wife's M can do better next time. (better than the previous 5.82 in 2015, maybe near 5.5)

I think Q60's handling was good but my GSF is better and more refine. (Of course GSF MSRP is 86K USD and Q60 Lux is 48K USD)

I think Q60's spring rate is higher. GSF spring rate is lower but still has better handling, more comfortable and stable ride. I think GSF unit body is very STIFF...

Turbo engine was good especially for mid range rpm. For high rpm it was OK and about the same as my G and M. Maybe turbo is a little bit slower. (I'm a little bit surprised) The symptom is also similar to BMW 320 (2.0 turbo) I drove for about one week in Taiwan. Of course 320 was much slower...

Of course in high rpm(full throttle) my GSF is MUCH faster than G, M and Q... (467 hp is NOT joke!)

I think my old G's handling is about as good as Q60 but Q60 is much more comfortable. If considering Q60's size I think my G is still quite good. Of course my G is most stable when spirited driving thanks to Bilstein performance shocks.

In some situation you still need good power in High rpm. For example you need to pass a slow car in very short distance or merge to very busy and high speed highway... Or you try to race with another car...

Or doing 0-96 test. Then GOOD power in high rpm is more important...
Why? Because during the test most of time your engine rpm is in the high band... In high rpm you can take advantage of lower gear... If your engine is V8, once you go into the second gear your engine becomes I4...

為什麼?因為在測試過程中大部分時間你的發動機轉速處於高頻段......在高轉速時你可以利用較低的檔位...如果你的發動機是V8,一旦你進入第二檔,你的發動機就會變成I4 ..

I didnt know my M sedan could be this fast.
Btw too bad we only have Q60 2.0T in my market.
I asked many times for the 3.0 versions but Infiniti said they wont be offering it in the headquarter country.
