如果說有剩,別相信投資客或有錢人那麼好心留給你

所以要看屋從新推案下手,去搶好方位好格局好樓層,轉手就掛高價賣,希有性高,總是會有人買單,這就是投資客的賺錢之道

Do you really know "car pool"?
Car pool means one car must carry more than two or three people to drive
on the lane. It's also called HOV. I hate car pool cause I usually drive my slk55.

In Cal. several persons share a car so that the car is allowed to travel on the
the so called pool lane. But the way is behind the time.

In Taipei, the city buses for the public civilians go on the public-bus-only lane. This way, the flow in traffic is more efficient.

The system in Taipei(for buses) is apparently much advanced than that in Cal.(for sedans).

But in Taichung, the vehicles to be used are newly designed twin buses with three doors and more capacity, with air-conditioner equipped.In terms of BRT,
the one Taichung picked to use is by far the most advanced system, and only the similar ones in Moskow and Beijing are comparable.

Do you still doubt I have no idea about "car pool"?

It's correct.
I don't understand how come someone said

BRT(公車專用道) and car pool are totally different.
