買27吋iMac 的買家~~ 蘋果公司提供15％的退款？

我在資訊展買了兩台27吋的iMac，原本是預記一月中說會到貨，後來一月20打電話過去，說一定到一月底會到貨

結果我2月1號再撥過去，他們說最快要到2月底，請問有大大跟我一樣訂貨付款，沒有拿到貨的嗎？

另外有提到說目前已有補償措施 ...

文中講的refunds似乎是給螢幕的問題並沒有解決而一再送修的人並不是還沒拿到貨的人
另外通常不是出貨才扣款嗎?
