Intel's max junction temp is spec'ed at 105C on this CPU (P8400), it signals the system when it's too high, and it takes its own measures to protect itself from exceeding its limits. I'm pretty confident Apple got this right, though the numbers may scare some people who've been watching CPU temperatures for a few years. There have been lots of advances in every aspect of CPU technology in recent years.
