請問macbook 跟 macbook pro 的速度會差很多嗎?

如果只使用garage band 做編曲及錄音
偶爾還會上上網，或使用office的情況下......
macbook 2.0跟 macbook pro 2.16 的速度會差很多嗎?(同樣加到2G的RAM)
希望有經驗的前輩解惑

依照你所說得，買哪台都可以，速度上不會差很多，如果預算夠，建議買macbook pro，畢竟螢幕大點也比較好做事！參考看看！

補充一下我garage band的使用需求：

1,製作5分鐘的demo(四分音符=180)
2,八個音軌
3,會用到內建軟體音源
4,需要真實樂器或歌手錄音(各別分軌錄)

you may not feel any difference between a 2.0G and 2.16G CPU. the difference is just too small.

however, you may notice difference between different Hard Drives. i am not sure which hard drive each model use. i saw many report on the Black Macbook which use Toshiba 120G HD and i think that is one of the slowest 5400rpm HD. if you can take a look of different HD each model use. it will have greater performance impact. (Hitachi and Seagate are better choice, i personally like Hitachi better, as i had 2 dead Seagates before)

if you get a Macbook, the money saved can get you a 20inch or even 24inch monitor. if you don't need the 3D graphic power on the MBP, i personally like this setup better.

我同時有 macbook 和 macbook pro，答案是 --> 不會差很多，除了:
(1) 在 OS X 或是 XP 下玩 game。像是文明帝國四 mac 版就不支援 macbook
(2) 使用到 OpenGL 的軟體，像是 3D modeling，Apple Motion 等等

建議提升 macbook/pro 效能的方法:
(1) RAM 加到 2G
(2) 換高速的硬碟像是 7200 轉，或是具有垂直寫入功能的新硬碟

其他上網，文書處理，打些不需要要求 3D 硬體的 game 等等這些功能，macbook 就很夠用了。最好還是先看看你要用什麼軟體，再來挑要用什麼機器。
