如何移除Plex Media Server 這一個程式？？

請教各位大大：

小弟有安裝一個程式
Plex Media Server
想要把這程式移除
但是在應用程式裡卻找不到這一個程式的icon
只要重開機之後
就又會如下圖般的自己跑出來

如何移除Plex Media Server 這一個程式？？

不知道各位大大可以告知小弟要如何去移除這一個程式

*更改開機選項
系統偏好設定帳號登錄項目

 方法A：
用AppCleaner之類的反安裝軟體

 方法B：手動移除

Delete Plex.app from your Applications folder and delete the following:
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Application Support/Plex
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Preferences/com.plexsquared.Plex.plist
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex.log
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server.old.log
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server.log
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex Media Scanner.old.log
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex Media Scanner.log
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Caches/com.plexsquared.Plex
/Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Preferences/com.plexapp.plexmediaserver.plist

 移除System Menu Bar上的圖示只要按下Option鍵的同時拖曳移除即可。
