但安全性方面大家就要斟酌一下了~~~~
這個方法確實可以解套在android上不能輸入ip的問題!

I can provide some help but only in English.
If you have didizon III it supports rtsp streaming.
This means you can use any media player that supports rtsp to view the stream.
Run VLC and press CTRL+N (or Media -> Open network stream)
For URL enter:
rtsp://ip-of-the-digizon:40001/kcs
"ip-of-the-digizon" is the local IP of the digizon e.g. 192.168.0.99 or the URL if you have made one.
my DZIII also has rtsp stream at ports:
7070/hmc3
8001/hmc3
As some friend above pointed out, DZIII have also web interface.
You see this from browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox etc) by this URL
ip-of-the-digizon:8000
You get a page of the channels stored and you can select them to view these. I think you must install quicktime to view the video on browser.
If rtsp streaming is not working - maybe you have old firmware. The last firmware I've seen is 6.0.42 and 6.2.45 depending on the board revision.
Older digizon, glee-cube or PBiP, stream in hmc protcol. Maybe somebody has a media player for it. I can't find more info.
If you have DZII it is possible to enable rtsp by disabling hmc. If you disable hmc you can't use the digizon player to view the video. The picture will be black. This is good option if you want to use DZII as a simple A/V streamer with QuickTime as client (no remote control option). VLC does not work because of some error - but quictime works perfect.
DZI / Glee Cube. I can't find a way to switch to rtsp. There is some option to change to rtp but is not working.
I have information on how to setup an iDNS server to get the digizon work with UUID again, but this might not work. The firmware of the digizon needs to be modified to look on a different IP for this server to be of any use.
I might be able also to find the source code of the android player but I'n no programmer to check this.
In the mean time if you need help to setup digizon to work with dyndns / no-ip etc you can ask.
I can help with service or firmware upgrade.
I also look to buy some ON-TV. I'm in Europe.
