(求救)網站連不上去的疑難雜症

各位大大好哇, 小弟是小小的MIS, 最近公司內部有人發現有一個美國的WWW網站上不去, 小弟在公司tracert的結果如下: 看起來網路斷在74.55.252.118的位置, 可是呢, 很奇怪的是, 只要是從非我們公司的網路, 就可以連上該WWW站, 而且tracert起來也都正常, 老闆說他從家裡都連得上, 從公司就不行, 表示公司網路有問題阿, 但我總不能打電話去美國罵吧? 這該如何是好? 希望有經驗的大大提示一下, 先謝啦.
