關於使用EC2 on-demand的計價方式
官方文件說開機未滿一小時以一小時計算
如果我有一個On-Demand Instances $0.020 per Hour
在一小時之內重複開機10次，金額是否為0.02*10=0.2

Pricing is per instance-hour consumed for each instance, from the time an instance is launched until it is terminated. Each partial instance-hour consumed will be billed as a full hour.
