爬文後,不外乎就是將憑證匯入, 但一直無法解決問題
最後不得已只好寫信去原廠 support team, 還將 msinfo 跟相關的 log 寄給他們, 信件來往後, 終於解決,他們家的客服做的真好...

On the system showing the Version verification issue, please do the following
1. Go to the TeamViewer installation path C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\Version7\ and right click on the TeamViewer.exe and select Properties.
2. In the new window select the Digital Signatures Tab.
3. Select the Signature in the Signature list and then click details.
4. In the new window press View Certificate.
5. In the new window press Install Certificate...
6. Once the Certificate is installed, press OK on the remaining open windows.
If the issue persists, download the latest root certificates update file from Microsoft, install it and try to install Team Viewer again.

Windows XP 的根憑證更新 [2012 年 12 月] (KB931125),看來是這個根憑證清單造成
