小弟我昨天剛買CANON 110IS, 發現 HD 攝影時不能用 光學變焦.
但仍非常喜歡其廣角,色彩而不想換機.
小弟突發奇想, 寫信給CANON 看是否CANON能更新bios讓 110is 及 870is 可以攝影時用光學變焦.
小弟認為是CANON 隱藏其功能. 但廣告並沒有明確告知,有欺騙消費者嫌疑.
下面是小弟寫給CANON的信件,

Dear Canon,
My name is xxxxx. I am your IXY110is [Asian model]= IXY 510is user. I live in Taipei, Taiwan. I bought the machine just yesterday. I found out that during the HD 720P recording stage I can not use optical to zoom out. It is very important that I need the optical zoom out to do the HD recording, please revise the BIOS to make the IXY 510is can do the HD 720P recoring in optical zoom out. I think Canon should not hide it during the commercial so it make customer confuse. My 110IS serial number is 824xxxxx49.
