Thanks for contacting Nike+ Team about your request to recover the your workout deleted. As a runner, I can definitely understand how you feel with it, because achieving the 23.66 KM workout is really not an easy thing, it must have taken great courage and will. I am more than happy to help you with it.
Actually, we can't recover your workout, but we can manually add the workout for you if you can provide the details of your running. Please note that there won't be any GPS mapping for these manually added runs. I
• Account or Username (Case sensitive)
• Date of run.
• Time of day run began, including time zone.
• Distance of run in miles or kilometers.
• Run pace OR run duration.
• (Optional) Calories burned during workout.
Estimates work just fine if you don't have some specifics of these details on hand. I am looking forward to your reply. And if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to let me know,

數據算是補回來了, 網站的問題, 可能還要由Nike+網站的工程師去解bug; 依我過去的經驗,似乎跟上傳時的網路狀況有關, 建議要用手機軟體紀錄跑步時, 最好重新開機, 讓環境"Pure"一點, 減少可能side effect的狀況, 畢竟多工的手機與手機軟體不比一些較單純的裝置(GPS watch)穩定(又Android 手機百百款, 很難完全沒有相容性問題).
