剛剛寫信給apple，表達不滿為什麼台灣還沒排到第三或第四批new ipad 發表國家。
請果粉不要攻擊我，因為我也是果粉只是現在是很不爽的果粉，很不爽apple對台灣的態度。
也不要拿ncc來講，因為我是針對apple，假如要針對ncc請另外寫信給ncc。

From the early march, we are waiting apple can give us good news that new ipad can release
to taiwan asap. But such a long waiting still give me disappointment.
Taiwan can not even in number three or four release list. Even there is a country such only 20k population in the release list, i just wonder how apple make this list and who is charging the taiwan market.
I am big fan of apple but from new ipad release time, i gradually give up my loyalty to apple.
Please provide me a reason why taiwan is not in list and if possible,

NCC要求要打上通過審核後的號碼（事實），其他國家是只需打上廠商跟型號碼（事實），所以可以提早知道號碼交給工廠製作（分析），台灣版要等通過審核才能讓工廠開始另開一個產線來製造（分析）。大家想想從排產線列印組裝測試出貨運送海關鋪貨等等，不用6星期嗎（分析）？
蘋果跟台灣沒有仇（猜測），都只有商業考量（分析），台灣消費力應該大過第三四梯某些小國家（分析），蘋果沒必要把台灣擺後面（分析），有錢賺幹嘛不賺。理性思考得到結論就是，問題不是蘋果造成的（分析），是NCC的規定跟世界太脫節且不切實際造成delay（分析）。
這樣解釋夠清楚，分析夠合理嗎？覺得哪裡不對歡迎提出理性的一起討論，為反對而反對的就免了

不管這封信寫得好不好, 文法用詞對不對~ 其實並不是主要的重點.
重點是在於樓主實踐了:"坐而言, 不如起而行" 這句話~!
