今年三月從美國購入,因摔到玻璃破裂,請問各位幾個保固問題:

1.必須到原購買店嗎?必須要有收據或發票嗎?

2.可以送到加拿大的店嗎?

3.可以當場換到整新機嗎?是免費的嗎?

美國可買一個apple care+ 有買那個的話才是免費換整新機
可是要在一定時間內註冊
你如果還在時間內就趕快去買apple care+吧

請問Apple的保固不是一年嗎?
三月買的應該還沒過保吧?

剛用序號查了一下,好像還能買Apple care耶!

apple care plus 有包含人為損害,不過有限制新機購買30天內要買.

人為損害可以付一個低價的固定金額換機

台灣的apple care不包含人為.
