1.Put the rom zip onto your SD-Card
2.Put also available incremental updates onto your SD-Card
3.Boot into recovery
4.Nandroid Backup
5.Do a Full Wipe (Dalvik, /cache, /system and /data)
6.Flash ROM
7.Boot phone and setup
8.After setup reboot into recovery again and flash the available updates
9After flashing reboot again
10.And let the magic begin :-)
