不好意思，想請問一下斌大。
因為刷了您的ROM之後，開機動畫變成有小綠人到處串頭的動畫。
在下將您的ROM解壓縮之後，在 system/media的地方發現有個bootanimation的zip檔。
將此解壓縮後，看到有個part0的資料夾
而裡面有30多張png的圖檔，這30多張的圖片檔案，串起來剛好就是一連串的開機動畫。
（而其中有個desc的文字檔，小弟猜測應該是圖片的播放速度以及選擇播放的開機動畫檔案）
小弟原本以為開機動畫就是這30幾張png圖片，而且自己簡單做了幾張png檔想要取代
想說這樣就可以更換
但是果然事情沒有想的這麼簡單Or2...
不過另我意外的是，明明我刪除了那30幾張圖，但是開機動畫居然還是那個到處串頭的小綠人。
所以想請問斌大，請問您是如何更改開機動畫呢？
另外原本開機的聲音檔案為android_audio.mp3，應該是您更改為android_audio.no_thanks
但是我有自己多了一個約10秒的mp3檔案，檔名更改為android_audio.mp3
並且把android_audio.no_thanks刪除。
但是開機一樣還是沒有聲音。
不知道是我找錯資料夾，還是這其中有重點我沒抓到呢？

我中獎了..刷完2.2後它就不識SD卡了..
進Recovery 後抓不到devices,,所以無法刷回2.1了..
搞了2小時了..才依

說明一下:
1. Follow this r5 rooting guide to do Step 1 of the rooting.
That will give you a basic ROM to work with, with root capability.
2. Enable the SD Card functionality. Boot your phone in FASTBOOT mode (back + power), and enter this command: fastboot-windows oem enableqxdm 0 . This will re-enable your SD card.
3. Put THIS update.zip on your sdcard.
4. Power off your phone. Hold Volume-Down + Power to turn it on, and select Recovery.
5. When in the screen with the big red exclamation mark, Hold Volume-Up + press Power, and select apply sdcard:update.zip.
6. This will automatically fix your MISC partition with the correct CID. Reboot, and your done!
裡面2中的fastboot-windows oem enableqxdm 0要加-windows搞半天---啊啊
抓回了SD..FIXED後裝回2.1...中..
嚇出一身冷汗
但是刷完一直重開機中..已解決(忘了wipe sd ext)我猜
要刷2.2的要有心裡準備..小心中獎
