在此分享我刷機的經驗，我也是刷了好幾次還停留在HBOOT 0.93，最後成功了！

金卡補充：我是將SD卡接至讀卡機先格式化成FAT32，並使用HxD HEX改成手機要的CID！

首先，先在PC端安裝HTC Sync，安裝完後移除(僅需要安裝過程中的HTC Driver)！
*(此時若將Desire接至電腦上讀取手機"卸除式磁碟"，會讀不到！我也不知道怎麼回事,不管它繼續)

其中，使用downgrade的win-down.bat(屬批次檔)，
如果開始時若出現下列訊息則未抓到Desire
（切記 要將Desire"連線至PC"->預設的連線類型->HTC Sync模式，USB偵錯模式也要啟動 ）

跑win-down.bat(批次檔)中間過程基本上它是將該目錄底下的PB99IMG.zip 複製至SD卡中，
其它檔案都copy至手機裡，還會check！
再來，取得root的權限，將downgrade的程序寫入misc partition！

過程中若有出現ｅｒｒｏｒ，請按ctrl+c 中止程序！(我剛開始會出現error , 就多執行幾次才沒出現)

此時，手機會出現 PB99IMG.zip 解壓縮訊息，就讓它跑吧！


1.會有SDcard checked PB99IMG.zip 狀況且會似乎有當機的狀況，約莫過了五秒鐘後，右手邊會出現一條進度線

2.當進度線跑完時，畫面會轉換成1~8的項目，下面會提示要繼續請按音量上鍵(yes)

3.會重新再一次進入HBOOT，直接按電源建執行，直到結束


基本上跑到完會叫你按按鈕，選完後自己回重開機，接著進入英文版的2.1囉!

接著再作root (請在mobile 搜尋"免金卡 Root教學"文章)
Desire root後 ，在音量減+power鍵後，選擇recovery模式就會進入ClockworkMod版的刷機模式，
先wipe 兩項等 ->按 Yes

再用"Desire 2_2 ownheredesire rom 台灣專用版"文章刷ROM 與Radio！
就快樂的使用啦～～
