Did you receive any emails with order numbers? If you did not, then none of these orders were placed. Therefore, the pending charges will fall off of your account usually within 1-5 business days like they were never there. If there is anything else you need, or would like to try to place an order over the phone.
你可以試著在台灣時間晚上10點打去他們的客服(是他們上班時間早上7點)...
前提是...我不保證他們會馬上接你電話....因為我自己有試過= =
不接就是不接~也許很忙吧

我還在觀察他們是否真的有退刷的動作....

其實這之間我也有跟國內的信用卡部門聯系過了
意思大致上是一樣的
因為訂單失敗,即使已經刷卡了,也只是帳面上有這筆款項
實際上要廠商有跟信用卡公司請款才算是完成交易。
所以對方來信也提到帳上雖然會出現這筆款項
但實際上他們沒收到單,基本上應該就不會去請款
目前這筆錢的確是會佔用到你的信用額度
但不算是實質上有消費
因此這筆應該是不會列入你的帳單明細的
不過...看來是不止我一個人出現扣款失敗...
不知道是信用卡的問題...
還是因為我英文太爛...欄位寫錯了...XD
