Bare Bean - The Bare Essentials.
I have put together a TouchWiz ROM which has had all the unnecessary apps and other files removed. By removing as much as I could, the size of the ZIP is only 236MB. This ROM is not for people looking for any s-apps or other bloat. It is meant to be super lightweight.
Features:

-Scrolling TouchWiz wallpaper
-Default language is English
-SUPER smooth and battery friendly

What has been left in the ROM:
-TouchWiz with wallpaper scroll
-Basic apps
-Not much else

Installation:
For best performance I strongly suggest you format you're internal and external sd card. I find doing this gives a big Performance increase and battery increase.
1) You're already on a SAFE kernel (Hydracore, CM, Philz etc.)
-Put the ZIP File onto your phone if you do not want to format your eternal and internal memory
-Reboot into recovery
-Wipe data/factory reset
-Wipe cache
-Go to Advanced and the Wipe Dalvik Cache
-Go back out of advanced and go to Mounts and Storage, Format /system and /preload
下面這兩個，是可以選擇 做或不做 ， "我是沒做" 。懂的人可以自行處理，不懂的人別亂動比較好。

-*Optional* go to mounts and storage again, wipe your /emmc (that's your internal memory. MAKE A BACKUP!!!!) and /sdcard (external memory, again make a backup)
-*Optional* go to mount USB storage and plug the phone into your computer, copy the ZIP file onto your phone

-Go for install zip from sdcard, locate the ZIP and confirm with the yes.
-Wait 5 min
-Once completed reboot
2) You are on stock ICS, you haven't touched anything in your phone such as root, kernel, ROM
-Go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1901191
-Download the appropriate kernel for your version of ICS (Check your build number to know which one you need)
-follow the step for installing on a safe kernel
