這個XDA也有人質疑，但cf-root, speedmod, 和gl notecore的作者都有強調停用導致變磚的抹除emmc/mmc相關驅動，因此在3wipe時沒有擔心過說@_@|||

以speedmod的說明為例：
Hi guys,

This is the SpeedMod kernel for the Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 ICS.
This kernel is only for Samsung ICS ROMs.

This kernel has MMC_CAP_ERASE disabled, which should prevent the "hard brick" bug.這個核心已經停用MMC_CAP抹除功能，因此應該不會有變磚的問題

Be extra careful if using CWM to flash stuff from another kernel. Make sure you are really on a *safe* kernel before using CWM to wipe/restore.

說到這兒，當時刷cm9的paranoid android v.0.4時，SD卡會被改成emmc，不過反而cm9的核心似乎沒有人說過有問題~
