The Camera of Jelly Bean ISN'T working but you can use ICS version to take picture.
Go to Settings-->Developer Options
Turn Developer Option on an tick to the box "Disable HW Overlay", then download the attached APK at the top of this page and install it.
You should have a working camera

如果相機不能工作的話。
請進去設定-->開發人員選項
打勾"停用硬體重疊圖層"，接下來下載下面連結的apk並且安裝他
你的相機應該可以工作
