小老弟我打算辭退工作，之前的協議書（不是合約）有註明以下條款，
大概知道意思，可是不大確定正式的說法，
意思是辭退工作要在2個月告知嗎？
請問有人可以幫到我嗎？

upon confirmation, either party may terminate the contract of service by giving a 2month notice or payment in lieu equivalent to 2 months gross salary.
