然後標記瑕疵 or 錯誤的品項

還有貨的話會再寄給妳

沒有的話會退你錢~ 不會要你把寄錯的東西寄回去給他

買過好幾年.....A&F / HCO的客服都很乾脆

只要寄出來的有問題都是免費奉送

基本上一開始的信件裡面你就不需要問他怎麼換貨(人在台灣也根本沒辦法換)

你只要提出說他寄錯東西~ 你的XXXX 沒收到 客服就會根據你單號查詢

還有貨就會再補寄了~ 不然就會說要退錢給你了


不過通常我都是買出清區~ 遇到這樣就是多得到一件不用錢的瑕疵品
若問題不嚴重就加減穿.....
我在官網買了一條手環,今天收到發現繩子的地方斷了一節,是瑕疵
請問要怎麼寫信給客服?商品需要寄回去嗎??

沒記錯的話應該是要照出錯誤的商品以及"標籤"

不知道你前兩張照給客服的是否有含標籤

但以這封信的意思來看應該就是要你標籤的資訊也拍照傳給他們

不然他們衣服百百款~ 若沒有標籤上的編號~他也很難找出記錯給你的是哪一件
我有把錯誤的拍下傳給客服mail也有告知標籤是袋子中間那個還是指價錢那個標籤呢?

其中一張照片是有秀出9碼產品編號價錢標籤的近照
(我不知道他另一張的要求是什麼 我應該會把衣服拿出攤開拍照)
