I fully understand your position, but you also have to understand ours. We don't resend any return labels, only US customers have the option to reprint one online.
Please keep any invoice for your shipping cost which you should send insured to us. We will refund you the amount once we receive your package. And keep the receipts, especially the one with the tracking number. You are responsible for the return shipment until you can proof we received the shipment with tracking. Everything will work out and you will be refunded, have faith.
The only thing you need to do is pay for the return shipment in advance.
