[請教] Rei網站購買始祖鳥發生問題

1/19在Rei網站購買商品
其中包含始祖鳥的衣服
Rei網站提供運送至台灣的服務
訂購上沒有問題

問題來了
昨天收到Rei客服寄來的mail
大意是說
始祖鳥的商品只能寄送到美國的地址
無法送至台灣
如果1/25前無法提供美國地址
始祖鳥的訂購將取消
原始的信件內容如下

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the Arc'teryx Atom LT Jackets outside of the United States.

Arc'teryx has requested that we ship their products to US addresses only because of the international distributor network they provide worldwide.
